Competencies Required
Physical
Sitting, standing, walking and ability to lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs.)

Skilled in the use of office equipment, software and personal computers
Time Commitment Requested
Hours
Flexible scheduling. Volunteers commit to as many hours per day, as many days per week, as they wish. Volunteer opportunities are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All donated time and talent is appreciated.
