E-Mail UsForeclosure sales are conducted every Monday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the Central County Courthouse dining room, 205 North Dixie Highway, 1st Floor, Room 1.2406. If a holiday falls on a Monday or Thursday, no sale will be conducted.
The Clerk's Office has a list of cases set for sale. It is prepared by sale date and includes the court case number and the names of the primary parties in the case. It does not include the property address or legal description. You may purchase lists at the Foreclosure Department in the Courthouse, Room 3.2300 for $1.00 per page, or you may access it online by clicking here. Sale cancellations are recorded up to three sale dates in advance and can be obtained by calling our 24-hour recording at (561) 355-4818. Cancellations will be not be updated on our web site.
Payment for bids and deposits shall be made in cash or cashier's check drawn upon a U.S. bank. The Clerk & Comptroller will not accept a personal check, third party cashier's check or credit card. An attorney's trust account check drawn upon a Florida Bank will be accepted for bids and deposits.
To be eligible to bid, you must register with the Clerk & Comptroller’s office prior to the beginning of that day’s sale. You must register for yourself and any entities that you represent as a bidder. Identification, including proof of affiliation with entities you are representing, will need to be presented upon registering. Registration will be valid for the calendar year in which the registration is made. Judgment holders and their authorized representatives do not need to register.
