 The Self Service Center is offered by the Clerk & Comptroller’s Office to help individuals help themselves in the court process. Our goal is to provide a friendly, informative environment to guide you through the court system. The Self Service Center is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Palm Beach County Courthouse in Room 2.2209. Service is also available at the South, West, North and Mid County Branch locations. Click here for locations and hours

Forms

We have forms available for Family, Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant actions. We also have forms available for Petition to Seal/Expunge in Criminal cases.  The forms also have instructions so you will know how many copies you will need, where to take the forms and what are the next steps. The price of these forms range from $1.00 to $20.00 and may be purchased at any one of our locations. Attorney Referral

The Self Service Center also offers the opportunity to meet with an attorney for a nominal fee at any of our locations. The attorney will offer procedural advice in Family, Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant actions. The cost of this service is:

  • $15.00 for 15 minutes

  • $30.00 for 30 minutes

  • $60.00 for 60 minutes
