Plead Not Guilty and Request a Court Hearing

All Not Guilty pleas must be in writing on traffic infractions. Simply write a note saying you wish to enter a plea of Not Guilty. Your correspondence must include a correct mailing address and the citation number (including the check digit) on which you are requesting the hearing.
