What fields can I search in the online records?

I used to be able to access more information online.  Why can’t I access that anymore?

The web-based criminal and traffic records search went live on October 10, after the successful conversion of 30 years of data from an outdated mainframe computer system. In any large-scale conversion, the primary focus is on the integrity of the data and the ability to add new data to the system successfully. Now that the new system’s stability has been confirmed, we are able to begin adding case detail to the online system. 

Where can I get the information in the meantime?

You can visit the central courthouse in West Palm Beach (rooms 2.2300 and 3.2300) and our branch locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Delray Beach, Royal Palm Beach and Belle Glade for access to Easy View, which contains more case detail:

Can I purchase criminal or traffic reports?
